One of the opportunities identified from the Local Discovery research was that people were frustrated with planning fun things to do with their friends. Not only was it hard for a group of friends to agree on an activity, but then they had to deal with group texts or email chains to agree on a date and time. I led a sketching session with a group of other designers, product managers, and engineers to explore how we could make this an easier and fun experience.
Flow for inviting friends to an event
Giving friends a max of 3 dates to choose from, then monitoring responses
Sending a link to buy their ticket, then see who's paid and who hasn't
